- Approve extension of service agreement between DDA, DGRI
- Consent to TIF assignment for the Waters Building
- Approve FY16 incentive program fee schedule
- Authorize contract and funding for Downtown Census
- Approve commercial signage grant for 64 Ionia SW, Luna
- Recommend liquor license approval for 144 Fulton, Grand River Cigar
- Consent to Industrial Facilities Exemption for Founder's Brewing
- Recommend FY16 budget and FY15-19 Priority Plans
