WHAT: The Downtown Development Authority will set up a screen 40 feet wide and 22 feet high for the second installment of its new Movies in the Park series outdoors in downtown Grand Rapids.
WHEN: Friday, August 16, 2013. Pre-event and movie-themed activities begin at 7PM.
- Swing dancing.
- Face painting and a children’s play area co-hosted by Friends of Grand Rapids Parks.
- Food vendors include Woking Taco, Bagger Dave’s, Dorothy and Tony’s Gourmet Kettle Corn, GoNuts Donuts, and Sweet Yo’s.
