WHAT: The Downtown Development Authority will set up a screen 40 feet wide and 22 feet high (photo attached) and kick off its new Movies in the Park series outdoors in downtown Grand Rapids.

7 PM – Pre-event and movie-themed activities begin
- Interactive demonstration by the Grand Rapids Fencing Academy
- Appearance by GVSU Renaissance Club
- Face painting and a children’s play area co-hosted by Friends of Grand Rapids Parks and the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum.
- Food vendors include Dorothy and Tony’s Gourmet Kettle Corn, GoNuts Donuts, Sweet Yo’s, and Woking Taco.
