WHAT: Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. will set up a screen 40 feet wide and 22 feet high for the outdoor Movies in the Park series in downtown Grand Rapids.

Event Highlights:
6 PM – Pre-event and movie-themed activities begin
- Learn the Truffle Shuffle with West Michigan Swing Dancing Society founder Steve Zaagman
- Face painting and movie themed contests with Grand Rapids Public Museum ticket giveaways and goodie bags
- Food vendors include Georgio’s Gourmet Pizza, Rita Girls, Woking Taco, Dorothy and Tony’s Gourmet Kettle Corn, and GoNuts Donuts.
7 PM – Goonies (PG) begins
9:30 PM – Public unveiling of the new Blue Bridge lighting system with a 5-minute light show.
