WHAT
Valentine’s Day celebrations focus on Downtown Grand Rapids for families, couples, and those still looking for their “someone special”. The cold weather enhances the 2nd annual Valent-ICE festival where more than 25 ice sculptures and a 3,000 lb. ice masterpiece will adorn Downtown and Rosa Parks Circle. The event is free and open to the public.
