Event highlights include:

7 PM – Movie-themed activities begin

Live performance by Audacious Hoops
Giant yard games.
Prizes, raffles and giveaways.
Food vendors include Daddy Pete’s BBQ, Gettin’ Fresh, Love’s Ice Cream, Go Nuts, Dorothy and Tony’s Gourmet Kettle Corn, Topper’s Pizza and Ferris Coffee.

Dusk – Dirty Dancing (PG-13) begins.

Ah-Nab-Awen Park. West bank of the Grand River. Adjacent to Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. Downtown Grand Rapids.

The park fills up fast, so get there early for the best seats.
Costumes are encouraged.
Nothing beats an ice cold one on a warm summer night. If you’d like to partake, be sure to bring your own beer or wine and picture ID.
Bike parking is provided by the Greater Grand Rapids Bicycle Coalition.
While packing up, you might as well make it a picnic in the park. If you forget food at home, vendors will have snacks for purchase.
You’ll be outside for a few hours, so get comfy. We suggest bringing a blanket or chairs to sit on. Blankets up front. Chairs in the back.
Bring bug spray, especially if you intend to sit near the river.
You may love your ringtone, but that doesn’t mean everyone else does. Please silence your phones.
If you need to talk during the movie, please keep your voices low.
You are welcome to smoke, but please stay on the edges of the park.
