Calling all artists!

Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. is currently accepting applications for chalk artists interested to participate in the second annual Chalk It Up festival on May 23, 2021.

The Chalk It Up festival, first launched in September 2020, is a free event that invites both artists and attendees to fill Downtown Grand Rapids with chalk-based art.

Artists who apply and are accepted will be compensated for an 8x8 chalk piece.

If you are interested, please fill out the attached application and send it to Megan Catcho, DGRI's Event Coordinator, at mcatcho@downtowngr.org no later than April 5.
