Grand River Network, an emerging nonprofit incubated by Downtown Grand Rapids Inc., seeks a qualified consultant to facilitate a process and design a proposed Stakeholder Body that regularly reviews and reports on progress toward Grand River Equity Framework implementation.

This stakeholder review body is a priority recommendation in the Equity Framework delivered in 2023.
