The GR Forward Downtown & Grand River Plan for Action was formally adopted by the Grand Rapids City Commission in December 2015.
Considerable progress has been made on the original plan and Downtown continues to grow and develop.
As the plan approaches its tenth year, this update is intended to continue the positive momentum and and build upon the successes of GR Forward while providing strategic guidance for at least the next 10 years.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) contains all the necessary information and instructions for any interested parties.
RFQ responses are due on August 29, 2025 by 5:00 PM EST.
